Contract Administration
We support contractors in the day-to-day administration of their contractual obligations and entitlements. Our services include the preparation and management of formal correspondence, notices, instructions, contractual records, payment-related documentation, approvals and other communications required under the contract.
Claims & Variations
Tamin assists contractors in identifying, documenting and pursuing variations, additional works and contractual claims arising during project execution. We support the preparation of notices and substantiation, assessment of time and cost impacts, extension-of-time requests, variation proposals and related negotiations with the employer and other project parties.
